An agro-ecology training was conducted targeting 60 farmers in Ward 4, Mutoko District in October 2024. The objective of the training was to equip farmers with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices. The training covered topics such as the benefits of agro-ecology, agro-ecological principles and methods, as well as soil fertility management. Farmers also participated in practical sessions on bokashi production and the production of ash brew, a natural pesticide.
