ZiLAN conducted a Multi-stakeholder Land Dialogue in Ward 8 Mutoko District on the 22^nd of October 2024 .The dialogue was attended by farmers, traditional leaders, land policy actors including the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Mines and Mining Development and the Ministry of Local Government.The overall objectiveof the dialogue was to  facilitate discussions around addressing farmer-miner conflicts that have become rampant in communities were mining activities are prevalent. The dialogue also mobilized recommendations for the review of the Mines and Minerals Bill.
